Use of the app

You may use AI Assistant - AI Deep Chat only in compliance with applicable law and these terms.

You may not misuse the app for harassment, fraud, copyright abuse, security attacks, or any unlawful activity.

Service availability

We operate a mobile-first assistant service. Service availability can vary due to maintenance, technical issues, or third-party platform changes.

Your content and ownership

Content you create or receive in AI Assistant - AI Deep Chat is provided for your own use. The app is not a substitute for legal, medical, or professional advice.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if terms are violated or security, legal, or safety concerns arise.

Apple App Store — additional terms

The following terms apply because AI Assistant - AI Deep Chat is distributed through the Apple App Store:

Acknowledgement. You and AI Assistant - AI Deep Chat acknowledge that this EULA is between you and AI Assistant - AI Deep Chat only, and not with Apple. AI Assistant - AI Deep Chat, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and its content.

Scope of license. The license granted is a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to Apple Media Services terms.

Maintenance and support. AI Assistant - AI Deep Chat is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the app. Apple has no obligation to provide such support.

Warranty. If the app fails to conform to an express warranty, you may notify Apple for refunds or remedies as required by law. To the maximum extent permitted, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app. Other claims remain AI Assistant - AI Deep Chat's responsibility.

Product liability. AI Assistant - AI Deep Chat is responsible for handling claims by you or third parties relating to the app or your use of it, including product liability and regulatory compliance claims.

Intellectual property. In the event of any third-party IP claim related to the app, AI Assistant - AI Deep Chat will investigate, defend, and settle such claims.

Third-party beneficiary. You acknowledge Apple and its affiliates as third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and agree Apple may enforce it against you.
